You know people dont realize as you get older each year that you have a birthday,the older you get its not about the material things such as gifts,and cards,and trips,and parties,that matter its about being able to wake up on this day knowing that god has giving me another year on this earth,its about waking up having a great family,and friends in your life,its about the little things that you come to appreciate,like walking,talking,breathing,just being able to have your health to enjoy life thats whats important to me,so on this day june 24 2012, i want to give thanks for god allowing me to see another birthday with my health intact,and no matter what worries life bring your way nothing is as precious or valuable than being able to see this day So im going to enjoy this day to the fullest.

Be A Father To Your Child"

You know on my old blog before it was taken down,i had wrote about this topic,so im going to refresh this topic for my new followers,I was a child who didnt have my real father in my life,he and my mom broke up when i was little,so i hardly knew him,so fathers day was not really a big day in my home,and a lot of young boys would use that as and excuse to get out of hand and rebel,but me and my brothers we didnt do that,because we had strong woman figures in our lives,we had my mother,my grandmother,and my great grandmother, and my great aunt,so we had strong black women to show us right from wrong,and how to be a man,and how to treat a woman,so i said to myself that it was his lost because he missed out on raising 3 fine boys who became men,and i also said that when i got grown,and had a child of my own,that i would be there for them,raise them,and let them know no matter what they had there daddy there,and im not talking about just materialistic things,im talking spending that quality time together,watching tv,going on field trips,teaching them how to ride a bike,going to amusement parks together,i wanted to be not just a provider for my child,but also and influence,a presence,and give her one on one time,so many men have these kids,and they either dont claim them,or dont spend time with them,nothing,and that is sad because a lot of kids espeically in the black community go thru life without no father,and they accept that as a way of life,well today i am saying to you fathers out here get up off your ass and raise your kids,dont expect to be saluted on this day when you dont deserve it cause a real father raises his kids anybody can bust a nut and make a child but it takes a real man to raise them real muthafucking talk cause this is a sour subject with me,cant nobody tell me about raising my child,and i just laugh at some of these fuck niggas cause they so funny claiming they real daddys when they hardly spend a minute if that with there kids,so once again be a father to your child.

You know 10 years ago my life changed forever i was guy who was by himself,and to be honest never really thought about having kids,but all that changed on march 7 2002 when god gave me my bundle of joy,a little girl who showed me that love is unconditional,that no matter how bad things can get in life,whenever i look at her she would make me smile,a little girl who showed me the true meaning of love, a little girl that showed me that even on a cloudy day i had sunshine,i truly know what it means to make sure that she had whatever i could give her,to make her happy,and i was now responsible for this little girl,to make sure she ate,she was dressed,and to make her life as easy as i could,to raise her,and for the past 10 years i have had nothing but joy,so i would like to say on this fathers day thank you lord for allowing me to have the most precious gift you could give me my little chanel who i love dearly.
