 You know i have wrote about going to the doctor and seeing about your self and i see people be waiting until something goes wrong to go see about themselves and sometimes its about having the right physician sometimes you can get a doctor who to them your just another number to bill the insurance company but when you find a doctor who truly cares about your well being you keep them and you have to do your part especially as we get older eating better exercise taking your meds properly or supplements drinking water having sex just being active cause as we get older no matter what people say you closer to death than ever and so you have to treat your body like a car that needs a tune up and you have to monitor what you put into your body and pay attention to your body when its trying to tell you something cause if you dont you might be too late especially in the black communtiy diabetes high blood pressure heart disease obesity we got to do better hell i got to do better im 50 yrs old and i have been a diabetic since i was 40 yrs old yes at 42 i got off my meds completely did what i was supposed to do only to 18 months later right back on the meds gaining weight so i have never shared this with anyone because people sometimes either dont want to hear scary stuff or think you always having issues or think you a hype well i was sleep and in my dream it was like i was awaken to a timer it said 5 4 3 2 1 boom your time is up and in my dream my heart stopped last night scared the shit out of me i jumped out the bed grasping for air to see if it was real but it was dream but in reality it was god telling me to get your health right this is not a game so all im saying is people do what you need to do for you to be healthy and be here in this world we live yes we got to all go one day but dont rush the process indeed.

spoil your lover sometimes

You know a lot of times we take the ones who come into are lives for granted the good ones the ones who truly love you and appreciate you for you, the ones who dont have to wait for a holiday to acknowledge the way they feel about you the ones who will spoil you on the holidays and random days these are the type of people you cherish, and dont mind doing nice things for no matter what day it is, say your a man and you have a good woman you take her out to dinner or to a movie or buy her a random gift or flowers make the day about her romance her and even if you dont have the money give her conversation shower her with your love just show her that its all about her whether its getting a room and her some flowers or a card candy a massage drinks perfume shoes her favorite food on a regular day its nothing wrong with spoiling her let her know that when she with you she never will feel less than special and for the ladies show your guy some love sometimes cook him dinner get him a room or invite him out for a romantic day or take him to a sporting event show him he got a woman who makes him feel special and no other woman can make him feel as special as you do its all about keeping the fire burning keeping each other happy and not waiting on valentines day or sweetest day or christmas or birthdays to show them make them feel that everyday can be a special day somehow someway indeed.

Romance is not dead people just not requiring it Anymore.

 When you are raised by 4 women your mother grandmother great grandmother great aunt, and they tell you that a woman should be treated a certain way from the age you are 10 you cant help but be romantic so me and my brothers were raised that a woman should be given flowers just because or on holidays candy cards gifts opening up there car door pull there chair out just wining and dining her making her happy and if you do this you will be happy as well, a man should cater to his woman feed her fuck her wine her take her on trips do spontaneous things show her she is your queen and make her feel that no matter how many women are out here she is the queen she is the one sprinkle her with a gift from time to time tell her you love her tell her how much you need her respect her treasure her just be romantic cause its nothing wrong with that cause when you do as a man you reap the rewards of a happy woman she will do some things for you feed you fuck you buy you a gift sometime but in the end please your lady always make her feel she is more than just sex make her feel like she is everything to you and she is all you need.
