Living with type 2 diabetes. get checked.

You know i have talked about having type 2 diabetes before,but never in depth but i must admit its not and easy thing to have or deal with,but it can be beat unlock type 1 which your born with, if you exercise,eat right and drink plenty of water and fruits and vegetables you can beat it,but the key is monitoring your sugar levels,and not eating to many carbs,and exercising evebn if its just 30 to 45 minutes a day do something to keep that blood flowing cause the urinating, dry mouth,sweating feeling sick or disoriented is no joke so all im saying is take care of yourself and if you dont go to the doctor at least go get checked out cause it s too many people especially in there 40s that are not going to the doctor regularly who are walking around with diabetes high blood pressure and more so just get checked and for those who have this disease diabetes battle it kick its ass and you will be able to live a full healthy happy life indeed.
