If Making Them Happy Cost You Your Happiness Then You Cant Afford Them.

You know sometimes people try so hard to make the next person happy that they sometimes end up losing there self and personality and identity trying to make them happy, and to me that is not healthy or right because relationships are a two way street and its about give or take and learning one another if you dont take the time to learn a person then how will you ever grow as one.a lot of times people meet people and they think they are going to be together forever,and they think they are doing the other person a favor giving in to all there needs even when they are not pleasing there own,but in the long run that is not good because you will eventually resent the other person because you have giving up who you are trying to fulfill the other person every need and the other persons self esteem issues or jealousy issues or even being with them so long that you dont even realize that you are doing everything one sided and then 20 something years later that person walks out on you and you sitting there looking crazy not realizing that maybe if you would have put your foot down in the beginning things might not have ended the way they did, so all im saying is never change completely the person you were entering a relationship its ok to give some but never give up your whole self to make a person happy and cost you your happiness cause if you do that then its obvious you cant afford that person cause they are to expensive for your health and your self indeed.
