Go See The Doctor.

You know when you are young you think that you are going to be healthy forever,you dont even think about being sick,you dont think about what you eat or drink you just feel like you are invincible well im here to tell you that we have and epidemic of mass proportion in the black community especially with type 2 diabetes hypertension, and obesity, so especially for my dogs in there 40s go to the doctor get check ups,physicals make sure you are ok cause you dont want to be walking around and not knowing if you have something or if your body is out of wack and thats real talk.i go to the doctor whenever i dont feel right cause i want to live for as long as god will let me,and im not trying to leave here no time soon and for people who be saying its cool to be a big fella walking around with a big ass stomach and over weight that shit aint cool that shit is unhealthy and its just slowly but surely taking years off your life and thats serious so for whoever reading my blog keep up with your health cause we leaving here way to early i want to be in my 80s or 90s sipping lemonade in the shade looking back on my life not leaving here in my 40s or 50s real talk go see the doctor.
