Diabetes Its Real

You know over a year ago i experienced something i had never dealt with before,one night i went to bed and i could not stop pissing i mean i pissed every 20 minutes,and at the time i thought i got a kidney infection,so i started drinking cranberry juice,and trying to shake it,not knowing there was a more serious problem going on then after that i started losing my vision,everything far away was blurry to me,so i went to the doctor,now mind you i have never had any serious medical problems,so when i get to the doctor my sugar is almost 400 so im like what the hell so i find out i have type 2 diabetes,and so i had to change my eating habits,lose weight walk and exercise,i was weighing 296 pounds i went from 296 to 250 i had a 46 pound weight drop in just 40 days so it can be done,and then people around started getting diagnosed with type 2 diabetes,and so what im saying to you is i have found out that there is over 3 billion americans who have type 2 diabetes and dont even know it because they dont go to the doctor regular like i used to,so they go undiagnosed so i just want my black people to go to the doctor getting tested,and if you are one,exercise changed there eating habits,cause having diabetes is no joke,who wants to have to prick there self everyday if they dont have to,so thats just a thought i wanted to share with you today.
